  This company charges you for everything, but doesn't get anything done. They blame you for everything as well. Stopped getting my bill and told me to contact them. I told them i was receiving it for the last 5 months. said it got lost in the mail. Never returns phone calls, they say they are busy. Went into office, saw 2 employees talking while i was calling on my phone and they didn't answer the phone, or emails. Can't get the portal back up for me because of their mistake and told me to go buy a money order when I had to leave for a family emergency even though i contacted them two days prior of rent being due (never returned calls) so now they forcing me to pay late fees! Haven't fixed my wall that their maintenance damaged changing out my air unit inside property, Wont fix my air conditioner cause they don't work weekends. Very rude service and poor management. they want everything now, but don't do nothing for their renters. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

  I lived there for a solid year and couldn’t have been happier with my experience. Every time I needed something from the staff, they were more than accommodating. My AC went out in the middle of the summer and they were very quick to fix it. When I moved out they provided me with touch up paint immediately when I asked for it. The neighborhood is quiet and everybody keeps to themselves. Some of the staff even live on the property so that helps keep your mind at ease that the neighborhood will be kept to the best standard possible. Special thanks to Marisol for helping me so much!!
