  • I was very pleased with the repair work done by our maint. staff. They were courteous and showed respect at all times. I am happy to be living here. I came here in 2005 and have seen the biggest inprovment when the new compay, Graystar, took over, not only in the staff but what they are doing with the property.

    Warning never ever turn that courtesy cash bs that they have because they will grab any chance to charge you with that 35 dollars overdraft fee. A direct deposit paycheck that's supposed to clear at 12am did not and it's already 5am but a purchase that usually charges after 2-3 days will be charged so fast if they knew that you will be havinf an overdraft. And guess what, they will charge the largest amount first so they can make you pay multiple overdraft fees. Yep. And oh, you're new update in your online banking sucks. We can't see pending items anymore? Another scheme to screw us over? Wow. Talk about greed.

    This place is horrible. Please do not rent here if you have the choice. The floor plans and garages seem to sell you but this place is not worth it. The people in the management office are USELESS. They act as if you are annoying them when you come in with questions or requests and there is no way to contact anyone above their heads to complain on them. I have called or gone in several times for the same issues and have not been helped professionally or had my issues solved. The property has an extreme trash issue; they become ridiculous and sometimes stay that way for weeks. The areas surrounding the gates and each unit are pitch black at night, there are NO lamp posts outside to ensure safety. There is an issue getting residents keys to the gate so if you are not in a car, you cannot get out of the front gate ( very unsafe in the case of an emergency). The women in the office instructed me to go purchase a universal gate opener saying they would be able to program it and when it did not work, they said, "oh, well it's not a guarantee" and if that were the case, they should not have told me to go buy one and they could program it. A few months ago, emergency maintenance tried to tell me they could not come in an emergency, and now when I call the emergency maintenance, it goes straight to voicemail. Please save yourself a headache, I have had to fix several things in my unit myself because the maintenance requests have been ignored. To top it off, I called this morning to request information and she said she needed me to call back because it was just a holiday and she needed to do reports. Correct me if I am wrong but if your hours are 9-6 and I call within business hours, should you not put what you have aside to help me? Reports are not the concern of residents( current or future) and she should be able to do her damn job. Cannot wait until my lease is up to leave this place.
